It alludes to fear, darkness, and something lurking at every step. If your choice for Halloween is not a full costume but just a simple makeup look that you can get away with, then this is the look for you. Use black eyeliner to draw a spider’s web under your eye. And if that isn’t spooky enough, add an extra dose of drama with the help of bright red or orange eye shadow.
